30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your RentSafe Spain rental check, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No detailed reason is required.
Automatic refund on failed analysis
If our system fails to produce a report after you have paid, we will refund your €9 automatically. If the automatic refund itself fails for any reason, email us and we will refund you manually within 24 hours.
How to request a refund
Email support@rentsafespain.com from the address you used at checkout with your order reference (or just the checkout email — we can look it up). We handle refunds directly and typically process them within 24 hours.
Timing
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your card issuer, they typically appear within 5–10 business days.
