For deposit disputes, eviction defence or an unfair clause you need enforced, a Spanish abogado specialising in arrendamientos urbanos is the right call. Ask for a fixed-fee initial consultation.
If you can't afford a lawyer, ask your local Ayuntamiento about the Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC) and the Turno de Oficio (legal aid) at the Colegio de Abogados in your province.
