Valencia consumer body reminds tenants: agency fees are the landlord's responsibility
Regional consumer authorities in Valencia reiterated that under the 2023 Housing Law, residential tenants cannot be charged agency or management fees on habitual-residence leases. Tenants who paid such fees can request reimbursement, and refusing to pay them is not grounds to lose a reservation.
